Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is a game that many of us have been champing at the bit to get more of since its reveal at E3 2018. Now, we’re finally getting a look at the game’s official reveal trailer, and discovering more about this enigmatic and action-packed title.

We know that, in Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, we’ll assume the role of “The One-Armed Wolf”. This is a warrior who has been disfigured by battle, and disgraced in the eyes of everyone he knows. Brought back from the edge of death, the Wolf is now bound (magically?) to protect a young feudal lord, who is descended from an ancient and mysterious bloodline. The young man is captured, and the Wolf must face a slew of vicious enemies in his attempt to regain his honor. Nothing — not even death — will stop him.

This could be From Software’s best title to date. The feudal Japan setting, giant enemies, and dark tone to the cinematics really make a big impact, and the game looks to have some pretty varied mechanics. We know a bit about the story, but this trailer has now gotten gamers whipped back up about the gameplay, graphics, and soundtrack in this title.

Frankly, we can’t wait to see how this game plays.Get ready to unsheathe your swords, and take on all enemies!
