Amazon Prime Members Can See Aquaman Early

Do you have Amazon Prime? Do you want to see Jason Momoa in his solo Aquaman movie? If both of those are a “Yes”, then the stars may just have aligned for you. Just this morning, Amazon announced that those who have Amazon Prime will get the opportunity to attend special screenings held by the online retail giant on December 15 – one week prior to its cinematic release in the U.S.

Granted, this is still one day behind the theatrical release for the UK, but we’ll take what we can get.

Now, I did say that this was for Amazon PRIME members. Still if you don’t have a Prime account, you don’t have to worry too much. There’s a good chance that one of your friends has one, and those who do can purchase up to ten of these early screening tickets. So, maybe hit up that buddy who owes you a favor, and say, “Wanna see a movie?”

This isn’t even the first time Amazon has done something like this, either. The company also offered this kind of perk to its Prime members with Hotel Transylvania 3 and Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle (no, I didn’t see that one either). And, while there’s always a chance that Aquaman will follow in the vein of the other DC Cinematic Universe films and be a pile of suck (yeah, we all hated Batman vs. Superman), it still has Momoa in it, so that can’t be all bad, right?

The Amazon Prime early screenings of Aquaman will be shown in approximately 1,000 theaters across the United States, from several different companies. These will include: National Amusement Theaters, AMC, ArcLight Cinemas, and Regal.

Will you be getting early tickets to this, friends? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below!
