The first full length trailer for the upcoming CBS Access program, Star Trek: Discovery has dropped and it doesn’t disappoint! We are shown Captain and First Officer (Michelle Yeoh & Sonequa Martin) on a barren world, the title vessel, and a confrontation between the Federation and the Klingon Empire, who closely resemble the Klingons from the JJ feature film. The special effects, sets, and make up are feature film quality and I must admit, this trailer goes a long way towards changing my anticipation level to warp 9.
