Katsucon 2o17’s weather was a total 180 from the past few years. The last four years, there has been blizzards and harshly cold weather. This year, the weather was beautiful and balmy which allowed for everyone to do plenty of photoshoots outside. Of course, this made for some exciting cosplay photos opportunities.
