Popularized in this generation’s lexicon by Manu Bennett in TV’s Arrow, voiced in Batman: Arkham Origins by Mark Ralston, and voiced in Cartoon Network’s Teen Titans by Ron Perlman, the character of Deathstroke has captured the attention of many fans, young & old.

Now, it looks like DC’s most feared assassin (sorry, Deadshot) will actually be making his live action debut soon! This morning, actor/director Ben Affleck tweeted a look at the deadly gun-for-hire in the recently-revealed new Batman film starring Mr. Affleck himself.

As we can see, this is certainly Deathstroke. The feared assassin & repeat foe of Batman looks pretty killer (see what we did there?) in an outfit reminiscent of the Arkham series of Batman games. As to who will play him, and how he will factor into the story? None of that is certain. However, it looks like fans of the character will be getting their Slade Wilson fix soon.
