Indiana Jones movie exhibit comes to Washington, DC
Raiding a museum near you!!
Shortly before VCRs became a household thing, Raiders of the Lost Ark was the one movie I saw the most itmes in the theaters. How many times did I see it? I hope 11 times isn’t too much and of course I own the DVD and Blu Ray sets.
Starting today through January 3, 2016, the National Geographic Museum in Washington DC will feature props from the Indian Jones movie series. The exhibit itself is called Indiana Jones and the Adventure of Archaeology.
Fans will get to see props from the movies such as the Ark of the Covenant, some of the outfits that Harrison Ford wore int he movies, including the whip and trademark fedora and even sketch art and costume design.
