Kingdom Come Deliverance set to get Medieval on your buttocks

So check it, Kingdom Come Deliverance is a game I have been following for the past 4 years. It’s like Skyrim without the monsters, magic and dragons. It’s like The Witcher 3 without all of the undead. In short, Kingdom Come Deliverance is Medieval Times come to life (ha!) and just may do for that era what Red Dead Redemption did for games with an Old West setting. It may not be as much fun as the aforementioned games because a medieval game seems boring without creature fights and mystical spells to learn. On the other hand, a game such as this, with a grounded setting, may be one of the most immersive sleepers of the year. You will actually get to roleplay, as you can infiltrate enemy camps and monasteries, or you can become a beggar looking for coin or a grunt fighting on the front lines. You will need to rest and you will need to eat and you can get ambushed while fast traveling.

This game, as quiet as it was kept, will release in less than a month on the Xbox One, PS4, and PC platforms. In it, the people over Workhorse Studios and Deep Silver give us a long look at the Kingdom of Bohemia at the turn of the 1400s.

The fact that it’s built on the CryENGINE platform means that it’s shaping up to be a good looking game. Don’t take my word for it…look at the video below and judge for yourself.
