Princeton Charming

Mindy returns from Texas with a little pep in her step and a little idea in her head: find out what the hell is going on with Jody. Unfortunately Jody has managed to pick up a girlfriend in the week that Mindy was away. While Mindy isn’t devastated she is disappointed, especially as Courtenay is gorgeous but deeply, deeply weird.

Courtenay’s weirdness comes into stark relief when Mindy, Morgan, Jody and Courtenay (whom Jody had a special weekend planned with) head to Mindy’s alma mater, Princeton, to sign up students for Later Baby. Except Mindy was so excited that Princeton called and asked her to come up that she didn’t realize the confirmation said 2017 and the football team is holding a recruitment drive in the location Mindy and the gang were going to use. Mindy manages to charm the hot football coach into letting them use the space though and lands a date.  

Jody, on the other hand, is regretting his life choices and sending mixed signals like a mofo. It gets to the point that Morgan has to tell him to either make a move or leave Mindy the hell alone. Jody realizes too late he wants to make a move.

Sigh.

Get it together you two.
