Nintendo E3 Early Game Announcements

Nintendo is bringing back one of my favorites…Dr. Mario.  (Super Excited)  Dr. Mario: Miracle Cure will be launching on 3DS on June 11th and it will be an eShop Exclusive.  There is a new feature in the old classic called a “Cure-all.  This feature appears when players fill a gauge on the right hand side of the screen.  Players will be able to erase capsules and viruses of matching colors or wipe out entire rows or columns.  You even have the option to wipe out surrounding capsules and viruses.  Pretty neat,  huh.  Dr. Luigi mode will also be included in the game.  This option will have L-shaped capsules and a multiplayer mode.  Download play is also included.  Pre-order are now available.  Is there a doctor in the house?

Anyone ready for the 2016 Games in Rio?  Nintendo is.  They have announced the Mario & Sonic will be teaming up again for a game pertaining to the Rio Games.  Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic games will be available on WiiU and 3DS.  Since Rugby is making a debut at the games, it will be included in the game as well for WiiU players.  The 3DS version will feature golf which is also returning the 2016 Games after at 112 year hiatus.  As of right now, there is no release date. We will keep you posted.

June 14, get ready.  After 25 years, Nintendo World Championship starts at 3:00 PM PST.  It’s been a long time coming.  15 games including The Legend of Zelda.  As you know there are 16 finalist are 8 qualifiers that competed at 8 Best Buys in selected location across the US and 8 Nintendo Selected competitors.  Streaming will be available via Youtube and Twitch.  This should be televised on ESPN just like Scrabble competitions are.
