In the department of “Two more covers you won’t get”,  it’s been reported via Newsarama that Milo Manara will not have his covers for October’s Avengers & X-Men: Axis #1 and November’s Thor #2, sold at retail.

Marvel did not comment as to why but it’s possible that the negative criticism to his work on the Spider-woman cover was to blame.

Siya Oum will do the Axis #1 cover variant and Thor#2 has yet to be determined.
